This is where you enter company-specific notes so the AI can give you better responses. Explain anything about how these books are kept that the AI couldn't know from the numbers alone. For example, if you schedule transactions in the future, say so — and the AI won't flag them as a problem.

The AI also adds notes here itself when you explain something in a conversation. Every note travels with every question, automatically.
