Only this company is affected. This immediately and permanently:
- Disconnects Technovault from QuickBooks and revokes our access for this company only.
- Deletes every backup we hold for this company — every snapshot, all history.
Any other connected companies are not affected.
This cannot be undone. Deleted backups cannot be recovered.
We are legally required to retain billing and tax records, so your account and invoices stay available. We also keep youractivity logs (sign-ins, restores, deletions) — logs are not deleted — to comply with applicable law and for our mutual protection. You can reconnect QuickBooks and reprint past invoices at any time.
