Where we send heartbeats, change summaries, and billing notices. This is your Intuit account email — we read it from your QuickBooks sign-in and it can't be changed here. To change it, update your Intuit account and sign back in.
AI engines
Choose which AI engines members of this company may use on the Ask AI page. Every question logs its engine to the activity log. At least one engine must remain enabled. Engines that process your data outside Canada and the US are off until you turn them on, and say what leaves before you do.
Only administrators can view engine settings.

This permanently deletes all backups for this company.
Permanent. Cannot be undone.
This deletes only Technovault's backup copies of your data. Nothing on QuickBooks servers is deleted or changed.
Only this company is affected. This immediately and permanently:
- Disconnects Technovault from QuickBooks and revokes our access for this company only.
- Deletes every backup we hold for this company — every snapshot, all history.
Any other connected companies are not affected.
This cannot be undone. Deleted backups cannot be recovered.
We are legally required to retain billing and tax records, so your account and invoices stay available. We also keep your activity logs (sign-ins, restores, deletions) — logs are not deleted — to comply with applicable law and for our mutual protection. You can reconnect QuickBooks and reprint past invoices at any time.
